Stephany Jordan and Eric Fowler, two former Tower Records executives, founded MarComm Media Group in late 2006. Although they each considered their jobs at Tower "the coolest gigs on earth"--- all good things eventually come to an end. When they launched MarComm, they were both of the opinion that "you can still have fun, even though it's work." The entire MarComm team embraces this way of thinking.

Management:
Stephany Jordan, Co-owner | Managing Partner - a 20-year veteran of Tower Records was Vice President of Production, where she oversaw all production, project management, identified and implemented major merchandising initiatives at the retail level and negotiated all print vendor contracts (including negotiating terms for Tower's Gift card program, consumables, shipping, and fulfillment). Stephany has completed Villanova's Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate Program and the Lean/Manufacturing and Service Program, resulting in a Master's Certificate in Six Sigma.
Eric Fowler, Co-Owner | Managing Partner - former Head of National Media Sales, Tower Records, where he was responsible for selling chain-wide national in-door and outdoor media to record labels, video gaming companies, movie studios, third party advertisers and lifestyle brands. Over the course of his tenure, he restructured all in-door and outdoor media pricing, programs & properties and launched all encompassing media packages. Eric has held positions at Sony Music Entertainment, Warner Bros Television, and International Creative Management. He earned an MBA from The Graziadio School of Business, Pepperdine University.
